Dolphin and Brainware Deliver SAP Invoice Automation Solution to Global Manufacturer

Accounts Payable Solution Lets Users Process, Transact with and Discover Invoice Information

ASHBURN, Va. and WEST CHESTER, Pa. (February 22, 2010) —Brainware, Inc., a leading provider of intelligent data capture and enterprise search solutions, and Dolphin today announced a collaboration on an accounts payable automation solution for an international manufacturing company. The solution will automate the processing of several hundred thousand invoices per year for the customer’s European Operations. Dolphin, which helps companies with SAP environments run business processes and information lifecycle management solutions better and smarter, will provide the customer with its unique SAP-certified invoice ingestion and process tracking platform along with implementation and ongoing support services.

The customer partnered with Dolphin and Brainware to implement imaging, invoice processing, workflow and analytics for its shared service centers. The data capture solution from Brainware was a critical part of the solution. The customer expects the automation of data entry automation to generate a quick return on investment and allow its shared service centers to become more profitable.

Under a multi-year agreement, the customer will leverage Brainware’s intelligent data capture solution to automatically extract and validate complex header and line-item data from invoices. Dolphin’s SAP-certified PTS-AP process tracking application for SAP will integrate Brainware Distiller seamlessly with the customer’s SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Workflow solutions.
