Global Media Conglomerate Selects Brainware Distiller for AP Automation

Rapid Deployment Methodology Minimizes Time-to-Value

The organization currently processes more than 500,000 invoice pages per year through its corporate headquarters, which receives invoices from more than 850 remote locations across the country. These invoices require validation and reconciliation before posting into the PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Nearly 97% of these invoices are non-PO based, something that added additional time to the current invoice processing cycle.
