PMI Service Center in Europe turns to Intelligent Data Capture

March 29, 2010, Ashburn, VA —Brainware, Inc., the leading provider of intelligent data capture and enterprise search solutions, announced today that it has deployed the Brainware Distiller™ solution for the Finance Service Centre Europe of Philip Morris International (“PMI SCE”), based in Krakow, Poland, to assist in automating the processing of its affiliates’ Accounts Payable documents.

The Brainware solution combines powerful classification, extraction, and search capabilities into a single platform that reads, sorts, extracts and validates this invoice information with minimal human intervention. Brainware Distiller has been fully integrated with other technologies used by PMI SCE, including SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and workflow systems.
